Boosting barracks or finishishing troops with gem?

Barracks boosting = more raids = more fun ..... (imo)

As to which is the most efficient, I neither know nor care ..... boost those barracks, and get raiding.....

depending on your aim..
when you are in a desperate hurry and really need to either donate or do a attack then I would gem the troops..
when you aren't in a hurry i would definitely use barrack boosts because it is much more gem efficient and you have got 2 hours of fun afterwards..

I'd have to go with barracks boosting. It's more fun.
