Never use gems on building time unless its a few hours away and you're logging off to sleep.

I just don't really need it yet, I'll consider getting it at TH9
4 is enough for TH8

The higher you go up, the more useless more builders are because the cost to keep them all going is much higher. They're better to have the lower you are...

This is what I would do.

at th9, instantly gem Spell Factory and a few AQ times, is well worth it IMO.

I do plan to buy more, and if I save them they'll just sit there for over a month

Dont buy $40 worth gems if you dont need a 5th builder. The game is free...just play it casually like you are. If you played every day you would know why you need a 5th builder.

The teslas are relatively easy to upgrade.. They cost a lot, but also take a long long time to finish upgrading! You should gem your Wizard towers, instead!!
