Rumor. Last rumor I heard of what that there was an update coming four days ago.

As for OP, in a serious sense, whenever the devs want it too. They're working on things, and one of the things that makes this game great is the lax time schedule of the devs so that they can ensure updates work to the best of their knowledge.
