So in 6 days my town hall will be upgraded to lvl 9 and untill then my storages will be filled. I'm a maxed TH8 (with walls) and have 4 builders. Now I'm wondering what I should upgrade first.

I prioritized Wiz, AD, and Tesla above X-Bows. (IMO xbows are overrated, especially at lvl1)

Agree, if you war then you shouldn't build xbows
Builder 1, Lab - no brainer, once done spell factory then use to upgrade existing buildings
Builder 2, camps
Builder 3, x bow, build them both then start upgrading them one at a time
Builder 4, get AQ if you have 40k DE, then use to build new stuff
If you can try to time getting DE when a builder comes free to upgrade AQ, early upgrades are quick.
