"The loot ***** at TH10"

Well, at least that what I was told again and again. But when I finished all the important (to me anyway) lab upgrades I decides to check it for myself cause I really want to max my troops and camps and get the third DE drill asap.

I'm 8 days into TH10 now. Have 2 camps upgrading, 1 inferno and Xbow in construction and cc upgrading to lvl 6, lab and spell factory already done, lava hounds upgrading to lvl3. Next free builder is 4.5 days and I have nearly full elixir and gold storages.

This good fortune is not very usual but a few things you can do to improve your farming:
1. If you don't find anything go up or down 50-100 trophies. I usually go up cause it is easier to go down later if nothing is up there.
2. Be very patient. A lot of nexting is the key. If you hate it you should probably make better army that can attack any base.
3. If there is not much loot you can snipe, attack low TH and barch for 50% as much as you can and enjoy the loot bonus (especially in crystal 2 and above) till you reach a trophy range with good loot.

Yes! These plus the 100k gold, 100k elixir and 500 DE league bonus in master 3. (Just had to dump all spells on Siahn because I wanna cook a different set of spells)





Loots don't suck for TH10s.

I'm a very new th10, and loot has not been terrible. Yesterday I was able to ge a camp and my cc upgrade started. I will say that it's definitely an abrupt change from th9 loot. ..at least for me. I got so used to just piling up gold and elixir at will it seemed, that I definitely feel like I have to "work" more for my resources at th10. I think it's just a big shift in perspective. Loot comes easier at th9, so the drop off seems more severe. I've moved up to C2 at the moment. It's not as good as th9 loot, but it's not terrible.

j i went almost 2 weeks experimenting leagues from 0-2200 to see which has more loot and i found a league which has always loot so you should do the same

Having been a th10 for a while, I've become accustomed to finding loots in different trophy ranges from gold 3 to masters 3. Personally I like crystal 2 since you can use cheap army compositions and still get a great loot + the lovely bonus.

How do you use your giants/hogs in that army? Clear outside buildings then drop a few archers? Ive been only barching to get the bonus, I havent seen a single dead base like in a week :/ I havent been so active either... my queen is down so I dropped from 2500s to 2400s

You still find loot at th10 but nexting count is still much higher than a th9. I am doing storage raids with giants archers goblins and valkyries. I have tried barching for 50% but you dont get many storages with this and it is not faster than my army (only a bit cheaper). I see this as a way of desperation because nothing else is available.

The 3 things that have worked for me are:
1.) Dont go higher than crystal3 because loot is dry up there. The 15K league bonus of crystal2 cant compensate that. On some days it works but on others not.
2.) At first go for elixir only. This makes it easier to get your troops and army camps. I did the 2 infernos and xbow at the first day (having 9 million in storages and cc) and since then I am farming elixir only. The th9 strategy for "farming everything" does not work any more. You can farm elixir or farm gold and break even with elixir. This reminds me on my th8 days before the lvl6 giants and archer queen.
3.) Dont raid without your heroes especially the queen.

I seems there are 3 type of attackers.
.) Barchers that do not find inactives and go for 50% instead exploiting league bonus.
.) High th10s that have done all their elixir stuff and start using loonion. They put their th inside go offline and return 1 hour later for a short raid.
.) The normal giant barchers that try to get storages from th9s

Loot at TH10 has never been a problem for me. Most people who complain just haven't adapted yet.
