    Defence too expensive

    If one defends successfully the attacker should get zero loot. This works fine in boom beach and should be implemented here in coc.

    Currently defence players suffer huge losses even if they win - please change this - make defending a more integral part of the game - rearming traps is a huge burden on defence players -

    So... A maxed out base just goes and sits in bronze and picks on low level players and doesnt lose any loot themselves?

    that's why this is a different game

    BB is BB

    what works there doesn't mean it will work here

    However where is the fun in having a maxed out base sniping lower th? There should be an increased loot penalty for that kind of player - perhaps this could be changed once you hit champs league, because then it is clear you are trophy pushing and not farming per se

    Supercell designed it as "trophy is more important than loot". :3

    No, they designed it so you need a massive amount of loot to progress in the game. Trophies are not relevant to most players most of the time.

    When boom beach first surfaced, it had a fair few "requests" that where asked for in clash of clans, they built a whole new game of the foundations of what players wanted let's not start to reverse this

    But I do agree, defending is to expensive, which is why so many players drop their TH outside, But I think Players should at least get their league bonus for winning a Deffence.
    Probably a higher level, a higher Townhall, better walls and better heros.

    In boom beach you can not easily choose trophy range, in clash you can, that is why it wouldn't work in clash.

    Something that should be implented is loot bonus for defences.

    Hmm. While the cost of rearming traps is undeniably high, i personally don't think OP has the correct solution. A defensive win having zero loot stolen would shake one of the very foundations of the game, and would be one of the few changes that would actually make me consider quitting Clash.

    A much more reasonable solution would be to have defensive win bonuses. Everyone profits, and i don't think it can be easily exploited. Can also give an incentive to protect TH in farming bases.
