All is fair in war and love. From the looks of it he is either spying on your clan or he is warring in many clans, none of which are against the rules.
As for banning smart people, come on... don't be ridiculous, it's not even rocket science, if you can spy on your enemy and you want to win bad enough you will do it. It's not something that I would endorse or do but if you don't fight it yourself supercell can't babysit each and every clan.

Well in a way op is right.Only getting 1 star per attack might be caused by a lack of dedication to his clan.That could be called cheäting.
Excuse me.... you are my light and you are right... Only saying that supercell could avoid this but only if you agree....
And for me they are not smart, as simple as supercell does not allow this.... "jump"

I don't understand the confusion here.
He is at war in one clan, and visiting another. Or visiting that clan to war with them, whatever..... but so what?
You have to be kidding when you think a person jumping around clans is some form of che@ting?
You act as if you are a bunch of TH6's and he has come in to magically take 3 stars on every base he see, when it fact it seems evenly matched and he walked away with a single star.
You just seem to be upset that your clan is failing and you are trying to find any excuse to blame somebody else.
