This nothing unfixable. My friend was about the same state now he is maxing out th9 with level 10 walls and level 20 heroes.(soon to be 30) I should also conclude he is actively playing 9-10hrs a day
Not bad for a guy who never farms. Still, you defense is too weak for TH 9 and you really should join a clan and upgrade your barracks.
