Revenge button

I look at log scroll to bottom view the attacker, think I'll attack so I then have to open defense log again scroll down yet again hit revenge button to find shield is up, why can't you put a revenge button option whilst your viewing opponents base even better as all twenty of my attackers have shields up why only show revenge button when a revenge is possible ,current way is rubbish and just a waste of time

Revenge is useless unless you get very lucky that:
1) person has loot
2) person isn't constantly online or shielded
3) you can actually attack their base

so, 99% worthless feature.

Completely disagree its useless .... I had 3 revenge attacks yesterday alone and I have a couple more targets I have plans for. One had great loot, the others were ok but thats not the point. Point was, you attack me, I'm coming back for you and I could care less what TH you are.

I have been revenged a couple of times lately as well and I got what was coming to me and a hat tip to those that got me back.

You need to be patient and be ready to strike if they are not online and don't have a shield. Its not always about the loot. Its a game so have some fun with it.

I agree, I don't reveng much, but sometimes getting payback feels good.

Of my entire attack log, there are 2 bases I can attack. One has 0 trophies available and 100k gold (others not worth noting) and the other has 7 trophies and no loot.

It takes some patience and I will admit I got lucky as 2 were back to back. One got me with lvl 1 drags so I returned the favor with lvl2 drags. Yes, it was expensive but right now I am sitting on excess elixir so why not. I was fortunate he was available to be attacked. If he wasn't, I would have gone down my list and tried to find someone else. If that didn't work then I would have just raided with them. I don't really care about trophies right now and I can always BArch for loot I need. Its a feature of the game and I try to use it whenever I can.

I am a near max TH7 going up to TH8 in about 10 days (when my teslas finish)

Just got #4 in the past 2 days ....

In the original attack I lost 225K in resources (80K Gold and 145K elixir and 15 DE) and lost 9 trophies. I just got back 154K Gold, 7K (♥♥♥♥) Elixir, 250 DE and got 15 Trophies.

Did I get everything back? No. Was it worth it to get an 80% 2* attack in right out of my shield? You Bet.
