NEW SPELL IDEA - WATER SPELL
This spell will de-activate inferno tower and x-bow until it is re-loaded by the user who is attacked by the spell. It will have 3 levels . Creation cost-50,000 elixir and DPS-800 . It can defeat an x-bow lvl 1 .
