Tiny update on my situation.
Apparently I attacked "WAYY" out of range, or at least that is what jr told me.
I did not, I actually attacked #18 on the first hour of war, and I was ALSO #18.
People might have left mid-war or something, but I'm pretty sure I only attacked ONCE, the person within range.
