Death Elevator is an active, adult run clan with male and female leadership.
We recently had to let go of a number of members who didn't understand strategy and were unwilling to challenge themselves in war, and are looking to replace them with strong warriors who can help our clan get back to winning 80% of our wars like we used to.
Our clan is pretty laid back for a clan at our level. We don't tolerate ego, drama, or hoppers, and have relatively few rules: donate at least 300 troops/season, give what is asked, keep your donation/request ratio reasonable. And most importantly, read clan mail, show up for war, communicate with your leaders/clanmates to coordinate attacks, and put in your best effort.
We've never done a trophy push, but we want our members to be open to the occasional push at some point. We do require at least a gold shield though, and prefer our members to maintain at least a crystal shield most of the time.
We have traditionally been doing 1 war per week with search on Thursday afternoon, but have been experimenting with 2 wars per week lately. Right now it is looking like we may alternate between two wars one week, and one war the next.
We're looking for strong TH8s or better to grow with us and get back to our winning ways. Wizards and archer 5 and minions 3 are our standard minimum donation, but we're really looking for TH8s that have drags 3, PEKKAs 2+, and preferably hogs 3+ so they have a variety of options in war.
