Heroes should be treated the same as all other troops when Uprading. Should be able to use at the current level that they are at. Especially in War.

And who would pay thousands to supercell for this? You? No! This is one of main reasons for end-game to buy gems...

Thanks for the info. But supercells statement is ♥♥. It is about gems and money. They have the code writers to make this happen.
it's not ♥♥ it means they have better things to work on than things that would take more time and probably mess up the servers the first time they try it....or the game. Remember how elixir for low level walls worked out?

I agree with the Elixer wall update.
But SC has testers to fix most issues before they publish new updates.
