Add Kurdistan Flag

The whole flag thing is a big confusion for me because according to many people, it is ruled out. But supercell still has that link to a closed thread in the stickies indicating it is encouraged and ruled out at the same time.

Supercell! Please make it official on what happened to Schrodinger's Flag Thread!

And by the way, I don't think Supercell's recognition of Kurdistan's existence will help the Kurds get sovereignty, nor will it further encourage actual states to recognise it. The politics is iffy on this one too....

I have all the respect in the world for Kurdistan and wish them well. But we have no say in this. SC has made their choice here so the rest of the debate is moot.

I think a better idea would have been to max only 0/1 flags to avoid lag . just give back the full gold for all players that bought many flags
