I have walls lv.7 and town hall lv.8. I notice that there's not enought things to do with elixir at that level and i have always full storage... Can we return to the past app's upgrade? If walls can be upgraded from lv.7 with elixir the problem will be solved!! Please!!!

Nope. I love raiding guys like you who dont manage wall upgrades with the building upgrades.
Let it be a lesson learnt and advise your clan mates to do their walls as they do building upgrades.

Skulls are so cheap and easy to do. It's much better if more Elixir floats around in the game.

i just upgraded my town hall to town 9
and i had the same problem like u i didn't want to upgrade all of my barracks to lvl 10 but i had to while finishing my walls to level 8
and i see that the level 8 wall upgrade with gold and elixier is fair enough for town hall 8 players
I'm a TH7 with only walls to do, I have max elixir but I don't want that feature back. It was bad for the economy. Use it for attacks or war! It's not hard to use elixir...
