wow people needs to get over it.
If you brought a pack of chips for $3 and ate it... Next day you see it on special for $2 do you go up to the counter and ask for $1 refund??
Same logic here if you ask me...
If prices went up this update, should people who already bought things at a cheaper price have to pay the difference to make things "fair"?
@Mendax - You were kicked for being rude, arrogant and obnoxious and for having a ♥♥♥♥ base.
If you bought a bike and it didnt work right you can get a refund. You purchase a product because it is suppose to work correctly. When it doesn't you should be in title to a refund on compensation.
I am just a bit surprised by how many people did not see this coming, every game with ongoing updates ever made rebalances the earlier levels to make them easier as more content is added to the end game. Early adopters will still have the advantage of time in game, but it can't be allowed to become so huge an advantage that new players give up hope of ever catching up and quit.
Stupid example, kids, stop being a smartass. If that was the case, i can be a smartass too and say go back to the store and get something call a price readjustment.
The point here is Supercell does not think about their game long term. The problem here is the company doesn't have a long term plan. Due to the fact that storages are maxed out, they push down the cost of previous upgrade to cater for new upgrades, which screws the older users. The company don't have a long term strategy meaning they care more about are new consumers, they don't plan to establish a customer loyalty. True, there will always be new consumers but as soon as they realize the scheme SC is committing. They will be out as fast as they came in. Truth.
If you bought a car for $30000. You just paid full in cash. While walking to your new car, even before you enter it. The company decides to slash the price to $15000 (remember you have not even touched your new car). Will you ask for a refund?
Supercell should refund those who have their archer queen upgraded just hours before the update. They use their hard earn de (45000de accumulated not using gems) to finally do the upgrade, while the upgrade is still ongoing. Supercel decides to screw them over by reducing the cost to 22500 de. The archer queen level 2 upgrade is not even completed.
In short supercell should refund resources to those whose buildings or heroes that are still upgrading during the new update.
