NOTE: Before you go hating on this idea, I would like to just say that its just an idea, and I would like your feedback on it.
Villager Huts
Have you ever wondered where Villagers live? Where they may reside? Well, with this new idea, it adds homes for villagers you can protect and defend for extra experience points! Each Village will have 2 Village Huts to start with, and it costs 10,000 gold to get more. 2 Villagers may reside in one hut. You may get up to 10-15 of them (I'm sure they could fit into a town hall 10's base). Let me talk more about them.
These little huts do not take up the troop spawning areas (Kindof like decorations) and they can be pretty useful! Villagers now have requests for you to do (Like clear out 2 bushes, or take on a singleplayer map sorta thing) and they can reward you with experience points and gems (Amount may vary on the difficulty). And, Just saying, now there will be a new male villager. Just saying.
What do these little huts look like? well, I imagine them to look like this:
Sorry, I am extremely bad at using GIMP 2. but anyways, you can hire these little villagers to help out on projects, but since they've got no building experience, the help will be minimal. Also, you can see the villagers coming from the mines, and other things. You can also assign female villagers to help out with archer towers, but some of them may not be as good. it gives a tiny boost to archer towers. When I said these villagers gave achievements, here is a list of some of them:
Landscaping: Clear 4 obstacles
Helping out: Assign 4 villagers to help out with upgrading
Not again!: Attack a goblin village that you have 3 starred.
Safer Inside: Upgrade 3-10 (Number varies) of the walls of the base.
Never Alone: Move in a villager with another one.
God's help: Give 1,000-25,000 (Number varies) of coins to a villager.
Yes sir!: Assign a female villager to help out with archery in a archer tower
Explorer: Set out a villager to explore bases for you to raid.
Those are just some of them, but I'd like to bring one up. The Explorer achievement happens when you click a button, and a villager goes out to the forest, scouting for bases. It then creates you a 10 base list of ones you can raid. After raiding one of them, you can never raid that one again. So it's kind of like sandbox mode, but very limited, and you can only attack once.
Villagers can also lose health. If you click on a builders hut and check on a villager's status, after being raided a villager can lose health. A villager recovers health very slowly. hey also have a sad/angry/happy emotion feature that I wont discuss right now, but on a part 2 maybe?
Repairing Villager huts cost 100 gold, increasing by 100 as you get a higher town hall.
Villagers can also come out of forests. If one of your villagers die, then another one can come out of the forest. It will give you money and beg you to join, and you can accept / deny it. You can only accept if you have empty spaces, and money given varies.
This is just some of my ideas of villager huts, more details in PART 2!
