Don't seem much but it's better nothing.. sure you can easily farm that in one base if ur lucky but great thing about it is u can get this extra loot with a shield..Originally Posted by elpresidente47
Because, while it is not a true open world game, it is open enough for players to make up their own objectives and long term strategies. It's only the mechanics that are fixed. My objective is upgrading my base. Trophies are meaningless.

Totally agree, the term war farming cracks me up every time
My clan (infernal agony) does this and we have it in our desc for the top 2 on the other side to put th+stprages out and we give them their win. It works well and you regularly get 400k+ since it's always a max th10. It's quite nice for those of us that just want to not eat and take a break to farm.
Also if actually warring was the intended way to play the game what was the intended way a year ago when wars didn't exist?

war farming?
I know someone who personally does that, it's a very douche move though
he joins a clan and joins with their war, during atk time, he'll snipe a TH or use cheap troops to get an easy 1 star on high loot players
then he leaves, doesn't matter if they win or lose, he'll still get rsources, if they win, hurray, if they lose, he gets loot fora cheap army comp
he then proceeds to the next clan, do it again, rinse and repeat
maxed out TH9, minus the heroes

What war farming is basically (Ive been in one before and this is how we did it not sure if others do it like this) We put in our chat during preparation day "*Name of clan* If you put your two highest players outside in the corner with your 7 storages we will our town halls out and you can win the war. So thats basically it. Most of the time they do so well just drop our heroes and take it. So considering we were a 15v15 with town hall 9s 10s 8s. If we did win the war we would of gotten somewhere around 500k - 900k Loot. But since we lost we got somewhere around 100k -180k (did that off the top of my head so don't say i did math wrong lol). So even though that might be bad but its easy loot for free. And it is nice when the other can is generous and does that.
