That only happens to me when i try to join a specific clan, it doesn't do it for any others. I have no clue why it does that
there is a limit on how many ppl can request into a clan per day. If tahts limit has been reached you need to have someone invite you instead.
Aint no biggie tho, just try again 24hrs later if noone can invite you.

1.) I thought there was a Limit of open requests at any time. 10 requests per day would make the Problem much worse, not better because nobody can join anymore.
2.) I had the Problem when trying to join our Feeder clan, but it was gone the next day and no we did not have 10 requests this day.
Also I can tell that it is not depending on the device. It seems to be a Server related issue.
You have to wait till your earlier application has been wiped off the Clan Chat
