No the leak is not real and Supercell would never make such a change because it would break all balancing and gameplay.
What they could do is modifying the shield times on the defending side so that a th snipe or barching 50% will not give you the league bonus.

Guys I love how you jump on the fake leak bandwagon. It makes me laugh. If Matirix was here, he'd laugh too. Did you see the last 'fake' leak from Anoushka? Turned out to be 100% correct. Having read the proposed changes it looks very ligit to me - I guess only time will tell.

The war format needs changed I for one prefer hiding base design till you hit attack we will then see how good those 100+ cw win clans do,without their little môd programs.war should be harder than pushing is pushing just gets a base design dropped on them why should war be any different
