    So a 50% 2* should count the same as a 99% 2*? Okay.

    This gets rid of the scrubs that spam 220 troops in one spot so they can reach the core on a th9, with a 60% being the absolute best case scenario.

    They should make it so a 66% AND the townhall is a 2* though.

    New troop composition

    I think with this update if it is true that we will see people attacking the edges of a base instead of going to the centre where there are infernos and xbows. Valks are very good at taking out buildings but really bad in the centre. So I think that valks will get stronger in wars. Also Dragons will see a return but instead of the normal dragon attack you would do it as if it were batch. All around the base. This will be easier with lvl 5 drags as well

    Woah now, valks actually shine the most in the core. We use other things to clear the sides, we use your cc to pull our valks in, and we use a rage spell to obliterate the core.

    if this system is happening i think itd be those percentages AND th. So a 1 star has to take the th and 33% of the base, which is something i really wouldnt mind.

    No the leak is not real and Supercell would never make such a change because it would break all balancing and gameplay.
    What they could do is modifying the shield times on the defending side so that a th snipe or barching 50% will not give you the league bonus.

    if they change it..

    it should really be

    1 star: 50%
    2 star: 66%
    3 star: 100%

    or

    1 star: 50%
    2 star: 66% and TH
    3 star: 100%

    Maybe the TH can be worth a certain %, instead of an automatic 1 star make it worth 15% of base destruction.
