Big? Probably not, I'd say a few kilobytes of extra data, maybe a megabyte.

Sadly probably not
Clash of Clans has always been 50+ MB. Thats because it includes the whole game + the update. Since you update the game by downloading the whole game again, the update is technically 50+ MB since you just don't PATCH the current game to add the additions like PC games where you just download the new content.
I don't think it's going to be big content wise but as far as changing the game it certainly can be. Just look at the rumored leaks to see how much can be changed without adding any content.
