I'm reaching out to the other Clan Leaders, Co's, and Elders for some advice. Based on your experience, how have you built a loyal, friendly, and active clan? I've seen people leave it open for anyone, but it seems like that would hurt the clan's war-ability and stats. And just asking for loyal people to help with start-up isn't working yet. Am I just being impatient or am I missing something?
