I chose war since the goal is a perfect three star attack.
Farming takes skill to go in and get the loot, but the goal is not even one star, just loot. So the challenge of getting a perfect hit is not realized.
Some forms of pushing takes skill. I almost picked pushing, since when I push I consider it war practice and also go for that perfect hit. However, I did not pick it because "pushing" to many people I know means barching or sniping for a single star...quantity of hits not quality. Any attack where the goal is only one star is not a skilled attack.

Also in farming or pushing the opponent will invariably be upgrading something or have an empty CC or sleeping hero, thus they are rarely fully defended.

Thus war takes most skill. Yes, you can scout and plan longer, but skill is also in the planning and executing that plan effectively. Your opponent is fully armed and functional. Your goal is total wipe out!

    I cant decide either.

    Im on the war/push fence.

I use 2* armies when pushing,so to consistently get 2* on maxed bases in champion with only 30 seconds to plan, is quite difficult.

But of course, 1* isn't a fail, which it is in war.

    Don't know.

    TH10s with 50+ hero levels, 9.5s with 40+, silent noobs<> needs you!

Kind of get the feeling that people who have pushed to a high level will say pushing and people who are lower level and have never pushed high will say war.

It's a close call, but I'd say 3 starring TH9's and TH10's in war takes more skill than pushing.

While pushing, you just need to get a star. With a proper army, it's not too hard to accomplish that unless something goes horribly wrong.

While warring, the goal should always be 3 stars. Against high level bases, that gets increasingly difficult and requires good planning and execution.

I pushed to Champion as a TH9 by 1 starring maxed bases with balloonion. That took no skill?

Someone at 4k has WAY more skill than someone in gold 2 clan warring non stop. 30 seconds to figure out an attack versus 2 days, come on now!

Farming: 30 seconds to see if you want to hit a base, commonly used strategies involve spamming barch or mass arch all over the map.

which one takes more 'skill' in your opinion?
Judging by your earlier quote, I am guessing you chose that this game takes no skill.

Trophy pushing is probably the hardest as you face the possibility of nullifying a whole day's gains in one failed attack.
    You're doing it wrong...

Trophy pushing, IMO. As what you've said earlier, you only got 30 secs. to analyze a base.
