Hey guys. In our last war, one of our final attacks was definitely going to be a 3 star. It was a 20 v 20 at 49-51. We needed that attack to not lose. That war was our first loss in 17 or so wars.

A group of 4 dragons, basically full health, at the center of the base, were confronted by some skellies and cc troops. After killing them all, 1 drag had died from the last air defense which was right beside the townhall they were right in front of. There was no way the drags could hit anything but the townhall, as it was easily the closest target. However, instead of hitting the townhall, and then moving on to hit the air defense which was next in line, they flew OVER the townhall, to the other side of the base.

They proceeded to merry go round, getting killed off by the air defense. The complete and utter bull poo of this attack lost our first war in months. I understand that sometimes they might fly in a direction that isn't expected, but these dragons flew over at least 2-3 segments and bypassed the most crucial part of the base.

We are all very annoyed by this, as it was one of our final attacks, giving us no other options. No, it was not me. No, I do not have pics due to the removal of barb/ drag boost.

Were they chasing more skeletons that might have taken off after a bk was dropped?

1. Was there as skelly or CC troop or Hero at the other side of the base the drags went to?
2. Were the drags raged at the time the incident happened?

Well, I've seen it happen in my benefit. My base was not set up as anti air, so the guy was going to get 2 stars, but the dragon group left the core to go attack a skeleton on the far left side of the base that was attacking his hero.

It is pretty stupid AI when a skeleton many tiles away can cause a whole army to develop Leroy Jenkins AI.

can u show us pics or a video?

i use drags religiously

and the only time they do something like that is when they target troops or heroes

maybe there was a witch in CC and the drags targeted the skeletons that were left at the CC?

pics would help alot in ur situations to determine if an issue exists

is the building they first attacked after they flew over TH the CC?

if so it means there were skeletons at the base of that cc from witches

THat's part of the game. You had to know that and place barb king or anything else that can trigger cc or skeletons with caution!

Though it is really quite unclear why sometimes dragons ignore troops and sometimes can cross the whole map to reach them. It could have been made clearer by devs indeed.

Don't have pics as the replays were all wiped. :/ There was definitely nothing to go for though. They attacked buildings right away. Several of us were watching and none of us saw anything to go for.

if you had read it you would have seen that there were no skellies/ cc troops/ heroes to kill.
