I need change village's name
Because my COC friends hated ugly name someone. Someone hurt of ugly name and worst high levels with builds.I mercy someone tired times.
Please, CoC will fix new name change update.

if your name can be considered offensive, you will need to talk to support to get it changed

Unless your name contains your first and last name its not going to be changed.
edit:It might also be changed if its rude or offensive but I doubt you would get to choose what it gets changed to.
Supercell will only change your name if it is the following...
1) You real name... (Full name)
2) Inappropriate Name
3) Offensive name in their opinion
But these things may not even get you a name change. This is going off of past experience/knowledge.

Its not supercells's fault if you have an ugly name for your village. Remember when you were asked to confirm if that is the name you want for your village as it will be permanent? I guess you'll just have to deal with it. It could have been worse, like one of the threads I've just read. Sorry man....
