If supercell bans you without cause but you return to this game you're a fool. If I believed they did this I would leave this game and never come back even if it wasn't me it happened to. I don't believe you were innocent I think someone in your clan changed the description or something at least long enough for a photo to be taken. But if you don't believe that and you continue to invest in this game you are a sucker. It's just a game there are others.

Have you ever been charged with a foul you didn't commit in a sport? Was your response to never play the game again?

The OP has already admitted that his clan's description was a little borderline, which is almost certainly the reason for the short ban.

No dude I haven't had a referee make up a foul. And as I said if I believed supercell banned without cause I wouldn't even wait for my turn. Neither would most people. You don't ban people without cause and expect they will get over it.

A 1 day ban. oh the horror. For even the most active of players that's only not being able to play for a couple of hours.
I also highly doubt it was 'made up' as you so eloquently put it.

And if you haven't had a bad call playing sport. You either don't play or are around 10 years old.
