multiple members of my clan have been banned for 1 day for no reason

I received a message today from a fellow clan member saying that a 1 day bann has been set on his account and he is oblivious as to why that is.
i agreed to investigate however, i cannot sign in as a 1 day bann has ben set on my account as well. I didnt, nor have i ever participated in behavior that would merit disciplinary action. Could the cause of this be a disgruntled ex member trying to troll our clan? could a single person cause such a ruckus? What is it exactly that we did? How do we prove our innocence?
If any of the supersell staff is reading this, I politely ask that you answer my questions. Thank you.

Make sure they have appropriate base designs war-wise and normal base wise. This is one of the most common reasons people are getting banned nowadays. There is always a reason behind everything, no matter how stupid that reason may be.

Because you and the other Banned are Lead/Co-Leads, they are all banned surely..

If it's a multiple ban, it's because of the Clan, not a player.

Thanks ill review our clan description, it was a lil "aggressive" however it does seem like a ridiculous reason to bann so many people for such a reason. Especially without some sort of explanation, how are we supposed to fix the problem if we have no idea what it is!?

Well, to see some stars in place of the words you try to wrote is a good alert.
To be polite, without any tendentious words is one of the good way...

Also, during war, its a good solution your opponent shall use to win the war....
If your clan have a lot of Co-Lead, and the ban arrive in time, you cannot attack ....

if everyone that was banned was leader/co-leader then it was the clan description. Supercell can't track who updates the clan description. so if the description is deemed offensive, they ban anyone that has the power to edit the description, meaning all leader/co's. it stinks that you can get banned for something you had no direct part in, but it's been happening a lot lately.

This happened to 46/49 members in my clan earlier this week, except it was a 2 day ban. Everyone emailed SC and not a single person got responded to.

If supercell bans you without cause but you return to this game you're a fool. If I believed they did this I would leave this game and never come back even if it wasn't me it happened to. I don't believe you were innocent I think someone in your clan changed the description or something at least long enough for a photo to be taken. But if you don't believe that and you continue to invest in this game you are a sucker. It's just a game there are others.
