Supercell is a multi-billion dollar international company; they can't be expected to give perfect service to everyone everytime. Personally, they have given me great customer service.

I have a Co-leader who crashed his phone and lost acces to his village because this idiot (don't get made at me calling you, i love you but you still were an idiot) had never linked it to google+ or gamecenter.

Not as high as you but already a decent TH10 Lev 114.

He contacted SC support and was asked the usual questions, he responded and got his village back within a few weeks.
Nothing to complain, form this experience i congrats SC and the support team.

I understand something is going wrong in your situation, but this is not a fact that it will go wrong for everone.

Whoa, a few weeks to get support is good? Idk, that doesn't sound like great customer service at all. Even under the circumstances with it being the customers fault for not being responsible enough to link his account which would have prevented even needing support, having to wait that long to get an issue resolved is terrible. If it were internet down and it took your internet company three weeks to resolve the issue, would you remain a customer?

Hey Guys!

This is an important Message to all players of Clash. I am a Top Player in Clash and had problems with Supercell. In this Threads, I will tell you, how Supercell is thinking. And their support.

Supercell only looks forward the money. They make millions on a day, but havent enough to pay for ne supporters. You wait weeks and weeks. Also top Players have to wait this time, when their base get H3acked. They only ask a few questions which you can see in iTunes. They supports the ♥♥♥♥ers.

I had also a big problem. In my InGame Name, there are Privat Details (Front Name, Car mark and an address detail) so I asked to change it. There are sites over me because of my InGame Name. NO - They dont change it. Supercell supports Identity theft and Mobbing. I got Mobbed in Clash. Nobody helped me from the team. They do nothing.

My Base is maxed. My troops are maxed. All is maxed. I am in high Champion.
I dont play anymore - Because of the Bad Service you get, when u are in trouble. I wont support them anymore.

I want, that all of you, think about that.

.. why would you use your private information as your in game name? Thats your fault as the game did warn you that you cant change it as soon as its been confirmed.
