Is it just me or this particular unit is COMPLETELY useless....... Im a th9 and ive never used them but one time and i didnt even enjoy them much. Thoughts anyone?

Just 3 starred a th9 with near max defenses and half skulls using hova gowiwi. I've also pushed to 2800 cups with giviz. Ive 2 starred many solid th10 with various valk strategies. These are just the most underrated troop, not to be confused with being useless

They have their uses..Great in lower clan castles in wars as they destroy groups of troops with high HP themselves so last a long time. Supercell thought the skellies would encourage people to use them to destroy cc troops and the trap but I haven't seen a single one in war attacks since the update.
Put a max one in your CC
I use GoVaWiWi and my valks are deadly!
I guess im just a scrub that cant use them right haha, i just dont see them useable in the usual cookie cutter strats i guess.
Hence why i provided the handbook, lots of info about how to preform a strategy as well as videos examples of it being done.

When they are maxed level and you know how to use them, they can be really effective.

They are excellent at cleaning out CC troops too once bunched up......
I use max valks, and my clan likes receiving them. I pushed to champs league with them. My army is: 8 giants (for lure and a bit of distraction), 7 wbs, 10 wiz, 42 archers, 13 valks, (archers and wiz in cc), 2 rage, 2 heal, 1 jump. Works wonders. I 2 star most bases, and only lose like, 1 out of every 10 raids with that army.
