You proved me right, i cannot stop them from saying and doing racist things, and i cant change a clan description if i never knew someone changed it in the first place, seems like a double standard from you, u cant change racist parents, but u can change clash of clan people opinions? Doesnt make sense, if supercell is so ♥♥♥♥, why dont i get a notification the description changed, am i the only one here who cannot be on his phone 24\7? I work on roofs and in attics, how am i supposed to monitor everything that is said in my clan, thats impossible.

I think you might mean, "owner of extremely successful game who reverses the right to moderate behavior they deem distasteful". Now if they banned all of you for one persons actions it would seem a bit unfair; however, I'm willing to bet there is far more to the story than just what appears in your post. Plus your personal liberty applies only to your rights as they pertain to interactions between you and public entities/federal/state govt. Not a private corporation who is based in another country.

So the use at your own risk is the. Somoene voided in the tos. And again, which one of those states. I can be banned for somoene elses words and actions, tell me. U dont know do you, probably because its not there. Nothing in the tso says i am responsible for every word said in my clan that i do not lead, just co lead.

I know you have a point... if one of my Co leader is an idiot and updates something racist then there is a risk that all leaders are banned... it could be possible that you are at work,vacation whatever and didnt see the comments, otherwise you would have changed it... i see what you are saying...

But 2 points - one you are not banned permanently... u will be up in a day or 2... next time make sure you choose a proper Co leader.. dont promote every random guy... now u know the leadership of the clan is responsible.. secondly there is no point in calling everyone idiots on the forums and pointing to piracy policy etc... noone of us will be able to solve your problem... you could go on and on but it wont change... If you think SC is acting like a dictator and banning everyone why are you still here?... if i had that feeling I would have left by now... there are a million other games i can play...

But you can stop them from posting offensive remarks in the clan descritpion....demote everyone to Elder to start with and take extra care with who gets the Coleader spots.

I can tell you this is right in the beginning.

You do have the ability to change the description like I said. You don't have the ability to change what your parents say. You also have the ability to leave a clan if your clan mates are writing offensive things and you don't believe you are online enough to stop it happening/think you shouldn't have to. Saying that it never happened before so how could you know to look out for it or leave in time is reasonable but that is why the ban is temporary rather than permanent. It is a warning. Now you can monitor the clan description more closely or leave the clan and find a less racist one.

Edit if you are the clan leader you can also just demote the co's.

Im open with my insults, if i thinks ur a Richard, well then i call u a richard, but in the same effect, have i cursed, have i said anything racist. If anything its an indication that when even mad i dont lose control. So im actually proving my self right and people like you, dont realize it, but your proving me right to. But no one will acknowledge, ♥♥♥ did i get banned for during work, do i need to have the owner of my company call supercell and tell them i was working and even driving according to my gps. Yes i have a company LoJack on my car, so my whereabout can be proven. D i need to have AT&T call in and say i was using my gps on my phone at the time therefore i couldnt have been on clash of clans. Does clash of clans encourage driving and playing clash?!?!
