You missed the part where it said experimental? That suggests it's a trial before potentially going live into the game itself.

It's highly speculative right now, but my point absolutely stands.

Experimental for war..... Not for the game, they would never bring it into the game. Besides this would make bonus received from botting / barching even easier to reach. It would be a war only feature.

This would stink. It would be impossible to lure CC, as every single one would be centralized, and besides, going for just percentage doesn't really require skill. Getting one star would be super easy, with a possibility of 2 star barches. No, just no.

I fail to see why it'd take this kind of update to centralize your CC. Thats like rule number 1 of base design.

still speculation, but if you consider it takes 33% and a town hall for a star it makes more sense why this would happen. A straight 33% is a star is not going to help obviously, but if you factor in a certain percentage needed along with the town hall, suddenly we have harder wars, we have failed attacks because they didn't get a town hall. It sounds much better this way. But who knows whats going to happen.

Here's how the stars would be earned:
1 star - 33%
2 star - 66%

Personally, I have always had a centralized CC and simply placed a heavier concentration of traps on the side with the Townhall. However, plenty of bases in war have the Townhall centralized instead.
