3/4 of the time SC does not give us what we want imo. i still dont see anything happening with it anytime soon.

What "we" want is relative. The people who are posting threads and replying to posts complaining about the existing system, or rather requesting new or adjusted features, are typically only a fraction of the coc population, thus likely representing a minority opinion. People who are content with the game and don't care enough to come on to the forums or to reply to every thread are not going to be making threads about "WHY COC IS GREAT AS IS" as often as people with complaints. Supercell is smart enough to not be greatly influenced by every little thread, or at least I hope so. A lot of games make the mistake of being influenced by such opinions and end up pissing off the general population of the game after an update or adjustment.

The majority of the time, all the complaints stem from people who want the game to be easier. Like getting free gems, reduced build time, reduced costs, more loot (less time necessary to play), and so on. Same goes for the heroes for war. I will be incredibly surprised if Supercell allows this. It is obviously a huge gem incentive. Same goes for many other types of updates. Instead of always thinking about personal desires, it's important to think from the games perspective and what they are trying to accomplish.
