Don't have to hate on other nations im sure yours does the same..... But its not against the rules, just be careful who you let in the clan....
I would just set clan to closed when in war.

Observing enemy they choose,

On a more serious note, these "spies" barely add anything by reporting where the traps are and what kind of troops. We allowed one once to see how it'd impact the war and we were all surprised by all of their fail attacks. It's not often clans use other communication tools than the clan chat, therefore you can't post pictures of all our bases nor the CC troops and no one will be able to remember all that either, so how much really does a "spy" influence on the war.. Not much. Just make sure YOUR clans attack are great.

Oh, and a lot of clans that we met split up their donations, so we've often seen 12/35 or 24/35 in enemys war CC, and therefore one can make an educated guess that they have a witch or 2.

They really don't but if only hogs were not nerfed for 1.5x damage then this would be pretty useful nice poem btw did you make it your self?
