It says i could be permanently banned for others ppl actions, i talked to a clan that their lawyer said if u paid into this game, they cannot ban you.

Interesting, so no one has ever been banned from Xbox Live?? ♥♥♥♥. Well either you didn't actually talk to any lawyer, or your lawyer is an imbecile.

Mostly for permenant, but i shouldnt have gotten a two day ban for someone elses words, i live in a country where freedom of speech is the first amendment.

Not everyone lives by the U.S. Government's rules, and plenty of other games/websites/businesses/etc. have censorship in place. It is their choice. You should educate yourself on that idea.

So excuse me if i cant change everyone options and be on the game 24/7 monitoring the clan description, is all that in the rights, that you have to babysit fellow clan mates?

Then be the bigger man (although I assume from reading your comments, you are still an adolescent or younger) and leave your clan. Let them act like little kids and get banned, you can distance yourself from that.
