Why would u send me a link for that, i was banned for cadgle design i was banned because aparently someone else changed the clan description while i was at work, which aparently no one on this website does is go to work. So if ur going to call me a liar, look at what i wrote first you idiots, you not even arguing the same thing back some dude changed his base, not my problem. It says i could be permanently banned for others ppl actions, i talked to a clan that their lawyer said if u paid into this game, they cannot ban you. Mostly for permenant, but i shouldnt have gotten a two day ban for someone elses words, i live in a country where freedom of speech is the first amendment. So excuse me if i cant change everyone options and be on the game 24/7 monitoring the clan description, is all that in the rights, that you have to babysit fellow clan mates?

This is what happens to clans that give Coleader for free. They usually recruit in Global.

Perhaps there is a suggestion to come out of situations like these as it seems to be happening more and more.

As someone said in this thread, you get notifications for all sorts of stuff, why not implement a notification to the clan, or at least the co-leaders (if its possible to separate that im not sure of the logistics) when the clan description gets changed.

I am a co-leader myself and rarely look at our description, but if we received a notification that it has been changed, then you are kind of obliged to check it and we would be more in control of any offensive changes. if you decide not to check it, or change it back if it is offensive, then i guess you kind of deserve to get banned.. but at least you have a chance to do something about it first..

either that or make it so only the leader can change the description, then its obvious who is responsible....

supercell is a huge joke, none of this is in their rights and if i do t get a response from them i am told to take it further. They have no right to ban anyone, should i be calling my lawyer, would you i have wrongfully been kicked off a game, and i know supercell loses a lot of court cases.

Supercell is a Finnish company, in fact Clash is played across the world. It is not governed by America laws. If you went to a cinema with friends and they acted like a ♥♥♥♥ and you got thrown out, would you get a lawyer for that too?

I think you should be directing your anger towards the guy who wrote what ever got you banned to be honest, rather than venting one here.

blame the leader of your clan for not regulating it properly. You can also write to your congressman about your rights. You can also cry. Very loudly.
