Supercell is helping enemey clans win wars

We r currently in a clan war that we are winning. I got on this morning did my war raid and went to work. When i tried to log on again it said i was banned for 2 days for clan description. ♥♥♥??!! I dont write, edit, or even look at the clan description which is the case for most of the co leaders. I feel like i am being wrongfully banned and i do not know if im supposed to get a lawyer, because i cant be banned from this game since i have spent money on it. This is on here because apparently this isnt the first time this clan has done this, so supercell is aiding this clan to win wars. ♥♥♥??!! We r not even playing a game anymore, supercell is dictating everything.

Any ban for offensive clan description applies to the leader and all cos as you are all able to edit it and SC does not keep a log of who did. Ultimately as a co you're held accountable for the actions of the clan.

A lawyer wont help as just because you buy gems it does not mean you can ignore the rules.

Whilst I'm afraid this wont help you now I'd advise finding out who changed the description and ask the leader to demote them so they can't do it again

Did the other get banned too? If not then you are allowing the other clan to break the rules. Which makes what you said just another attack on our clan alone. Further more why was no warning given, i have been playing for two years and didnt know a ban like this could happen. Was the point to encourage the clan to stop playing all together, i know ill never buy gems again, and once again i had nothing to do with is, apparently sleeping and going to work is against the supercell rules of the game

I get tht, but if they are that uptight, why was i not notified the clan description changed, i get a notification for everything else that cant get me banned. So i have to be banned for something one person did? And wasnt even informed of that he did, seems extremely unfair to me, seems like a breach to me.

Basically it says supercell cannot screen all messages and therefore your are playing at your own risk. And supercell holds the right to refuse to post.

You are responsibly for your own post, and they may refuse to post it, but nothing about being ban for other people words.
there is nothing in the rights about being banned. Specially for other people words.
