I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT MIGHT BE ADDED IN TOWN HALL 11, SO I DID NOT LIST THEM HERE, FEEL FREE TO ENTER YOUR THOUGHTS ON TOWN HALL 11 HERE

In this thread, I will discuss what I think may be added/changed in the next.
Here goes nothing:

Game Mechanics Changes:

• New Town Hall Level: Town Hall 11
• Minor Economy Balancing
• Minor Decrease In Town Hall 10 Upgrade Costs
• Major Skeleton Trap Nerf

Troop-Related Changes:

• Minor Lava Hound Nerf
• Undo In Dragons/Barbarians Training Time
• Better Archer Queen A.I.
• Minor Additions To Dragon's HP and DPS

Clan-War Related Changes:

• Opt In/Out Feature For Clan Wars
• Ability To Use Upgrading Heroes In War
• New Clan-War Ranking System

Loot-Related Changes:

• Ability To Collect All Gold Or Elixir At Once
• Minor Decrease In Pressing Next Cost
• Minor Decrease In Loot Penalty Percentage

Misc Changes:

• New Global Nationalities (Pinoy/Arabic/Persian)
• Removal Of Un-Necessary Censorship
• High Level Global Language (Level 100+ Maybe)
• More Strict Banning In Global
• In-Game Moderators
• More Requirements To Join Clans (Higher Trophies/Certain Level/War Stars/etc.)
• More Single Player Missions
• Daily Quests

So basically a new th level without any new troops or buildings ? Whats the point then.

First off: if they make a TH 11, that will be the only thing in the update with a few minor changes, plus some things to be unlocked in that town hall. You're going to need to be more specific about how to balance the econemy. The barbs/dragons thing is a temporary event. Drags are way op in cw at th 7-8. If it is increased, it would have to be level 3-4 plus, and a minor decrease for lvl 1 and 2, maybe even 3. They have announced that they will not include opt in/out until they think of a way to make it without it being abused or being complained about. I believe they have also said they won't be having upgrading heroes in war.

Sorry for the wall of text. For the things I didn't mention, I either agree with or don't have enough knowledge to agree or disagree.

You said a whole lot without any real substance. You're basically saying you think there's going to be a new TH with some

• New Town Hall Level: Town Hall (Not likely, there are still plenty of possible additions to TH10 in my opinion.)

• Minor Economy Balancing think (Don't know what exactly you mean here, personally I dont think they'll do much to change it.)
• Minor Decrease In Town Hall 10 Upgrade Costs (This is possible in order to pave the way for TH11 but also not likely, it would cause an upset with fully maxed players.)
• Major Skeleton Trap Nerf (No comment)

Troop-Related Changes:

• Minor Lava Hound Nerf (No comment)
• Undo In Dragons/Barbarians Training Time (100% for sure)
• Better Archer Queen A.I. (I don't know that there is much to be done here honestly.)
• Minor Additions To Dragon's HP and DPS (With the cries for "Nerf Dragons!" this isn't likely.)

Clan-War Related Changes:

• Opt In/Out Feature For Clan Wars (Nice but not necessary)
• Ability To Use Upgrading Heroes In War (Very nice addition of it were to be added)
• New Clan-War Ranking System (Im not sure how this would play out.)

Loot-Related Changes:

• Ability To Collect All Gold Or Elixir At Once (I can almost gauruntee this will never be added.)
• Minor Decrease In Pressing Next Cost (Nice but not likely)
• Minor Decrease In Loot Penalty Percentage (Not likely.)

Misc Changes:

• New Global Nationalities (Pinoy/Arabic/Persian) (No comment)
• Removal Of Un-Necessary Censorship (It's all there for a reason even if you can't tell.)
• High Level Global Language (Level 100+ Maybe) (Very unlikely)
• More Strict Banning In Global (No comment)
• In-Game Moderators (The logistics of this... It will most definitely never be added.)
• More Requirements To Join Clans (Higher Trophies/Certain Level/War Stars/etc.) (No comment)
• More Single Player Missions (No comment)
• Daily Quests (YES)

Oh, thank you for the VERY HELPFUL information!!! They might think of a way until next update to implement such things, you never know!

Yeah, that's the cheesy prediction here, rest are more likely to be implemented in future updates
