Why maxxing out every th is a fool move , for new users

I'm confused because I haven't seen maxing out from your point of view. It seems cool, but I don't think it will work out. idk why. but, maxxing out feels so good to say, "I've done it!" Lol

My first question is...how would the OP know about the strength of a max'd TH8? I mean, seriously, he couldn't do it yet he is talking about how "weak" a near maxd 8 is. Lol

Well....from one who is waiting for his Pekka to get to lvl 3, with everything else done....they ain't that weak. I play in the Crystal Leagues...wait....I'm a "weak" TH, why am I playing so high? Lol

For those who say TH8 should be rushed because its a weak or useless TH...my thought is " you couldn't do it".

Fact is, my base and troops are stronger than the majority of 9s. Attacks that nail any kind of worthwhile loot are advanced 9s on up. When I go hunting, I sometimes wonder if the TH9 I wasted is embarrassed being taken out by an 8. Ha!

Last defense was against a 9. 40% damage and it cost more to reset the traps than what they looted. Yep...a weak base ...

When I go to TH9, completely maxd, skull walls etc... I will IMMEDIATELY be stronger than the vast majority of TH9s. Beck, I'm stronger than the majority as it stands.

Those who say its not worth max'ing TH8? Smack talking trash. They couldn't do it...why give any weight to anything they say since they don't know what they're talking about..

Well im tired of seeing so many neewbies to say that the best way to advance is to maxx out every th before upgrading.. thats so simple and you are at disadvantage.

And if you are a hardcore farmer you should use this more as you know that with the limit on builders available the farming is not needed after a couple of hours, what you need is major upgrades fast.

maxxing out.. do you know why that doesnt work? because you dont get the SAME things on every th! there are some town halls that give minor upgrades and they must be rushed because the next lvl th players will constantly farm you easily. (only 10% penalty is nothing)

from th1 to th4 is irrelevant as they are so fast to level up. the next town halls they are one and one, one strong and one weak.

th5 is a good town hall to stay and maxx out towers and have some gold walls as you just got a new army camp and several upgrades.

th6 must be rushed as its the most useless th of all the game, you keep 3 army camp only get like a couple of towers and the most important thing you get is that you become easy target of lvl 7 th players with 170+ troops, and you cant loot easily anymore from players of same th as you in this case the 6. So what i did is the next day i got into th6 i started upgrading to th7 and witg the other 2 builders i keep upgrading what i could in the 6 days .

and as opposite to th6 , th7 is the th who changes more your base..
so once you are at th7 get the new army cam and stay here for long time as you can farm easily in this one from th6 players.
in the beginning it doesnt matter if you get easily destroyed by maxxed th8 players because you will recover your loses easily.
and once you get mortars lvl 4+ and wizard towers lvl 3+ not even they will farm you easily, maxx all the towers you can while the uogrades lvl 4 of your fav troops are being done, because on th8 you need to be strong to survive, dont waste your time with lvl 7 walls here.

th9 is another strong town hall, so get all the things almost to maxx here because on th10 you will not farm easily because th9 are almost the same and th8 you get 50% penalty. th10 is good only for the inferno towers but 20 more troop limit is worthless.

use this and get the new units and attacks asap and get faster a maxxed out th10 or spend hours with the same boring attacks for weeks, and waste time farming on difficult town halls.

Um I'd advise all of you to do this until he said that th8 was a "weak" upgrade. You get another mortar, wizard tower, hidden tesla, and archer tower, not to mention three tesla levels and two wiz tower level. It's extremely important to start maxing at th6 or 7 and on. You almost said to do exactly what I did, which was extreme rushing. It's the slowest way to become a strong player. If u max, then u get loot easier, enjoy the journey more, and are accepted into a lot more clans. But if u like his idea, go ahead, I'll rek u and take ur loot, as will everyone else, so the progress becomes even slower.

Maxing th8 is the first step to get max th10, but go on. You get PEKKA lvl 3, wallbreakers lvl 5 and wizard lvl 5, which is also max for th9. Basically, you get a max TH9 GoWiPe with 1 spell and 25 spaces less (5 from CC).

Guys, TH8 is a weak upgrade relative to the other jumps between THs. It doesn't mean TH8 is "weak" overall. TH6-TH7 is a bigger jump then TH7-TH8. Same with TH8-TH9.

Level 6 giants and Barch can literally rip any TH8 base. It's like TH8s vs TH7s.

I for myself don't believe in maxing. Its the slowest way to progress in this game for recovery and only applicable to total newbs, which most should not be newbs once u reached th 7/8.

I rushed all the way to th8 and am currently maxing out. I already have wiz towers, mortors, and air defense maxed. Working on lev8 walls. Im not going to stay at th8 because th9 is a totally different world. They introduce max balloons, the Archer Queen, better gowipe troops, max hogs, and a lot better troops.
Before going to th9 u want to make sure you have some knowledge in gowipe, ballonian, holo, hogo, and some of the other more complex attacks. If you don't know how to do these and are going to th9 you will really struggle. Epically in war. The reason why you want to do all splash damage defense's is because... Mortors-good against barch Wiz-good against barch, hogs, and minions, and Air Defense becuase ballonian and lavloon. Then you want to do walls so that your base looks "cooler" and the main reason is becasue while doing walls you get to test your attacks on bases. I already mastered gowipe and hogo for a th8 with lev4 hogs and lev2 golems but suck at ballonian and holo. Offense over defense

u can have ur .02 back cuz it's not helping any. Obviously any town hall can rek the one below them, until u get to th10 cuz u get no improvements in troops really. Maxing is the way to go on offense first, so u can attack at your level, while getting as much defenses as possible max, which should be all by the time all ur lab is done.

I don't know about that. I am a maxed (bar Heroes/Walls) 10 and until recently the only TH10 in our clan. We often get matched with clans with a bunch of rushed TH10s... I just laugh and clean the map.
