There is nothing worse than when someone attacks your farming base and does just enough to take a maybe like 1 storages of each, but they leave the town hall sitting there. I am now sitting without a shield and out 199k gold and 100k elixir. Feel free to vent here about similar instances, I am just going to wait for someone smart enough to come along and give me a shield so I can let these wizard towers finish upgrading.

I usually don't attack the TH unless it's near something I need. It's not that I don't want the win, I do want it for my achievments. But my primarily goal is resources to advance with. I am telling you this because I am A typical and I want you to realize people are self motivated by certain things and if you think about it you can use it to your advantage. Move your townhall around to the side that will be hit. Not right in front of the storage, up and over from it.. Make sure if troops do go to townhall they don't die, don't trap it. You should see about 99% of the time a few troops wander over to th and people accept the win.. Also a few less troops will be doing main assault on you!

My advice is upgrade all troops if you love war..
I have a similar story. Someone sniped my town hall and gave me a free shield. Then I revenged them them took 200k of their elixir and 1k de. I only wish I could have seen their reaction.
I dont give shields anymore. Too many th 9 and th 10 take the shield and revenge back for my loot. So unless im taking your loot also, no shield is gonna be given here. But if i go for your loot, ill take your th also if its outside. lol.
When I was farming for my lvl 2 xbow yesterday this one douchebag revenges me with lvl20 heroes and gowipe I lost 335k each and 35 trophies

lol. I gave a th 10 a shield. pure snipe, nothing else. 9 minutes later he gowiwi me. Took well over 300k of each and over 2k de. lol. now granted i upgrade whatevfer i feel like, not whats smart. so i had 2 xbox and a wiz tower in upgrade.
