I too was thinking this could mean a change for the revenge system. I almost never use it now since I have to go through the whole list to just try to figure out who I can even attack or not. Even when there is somebody I really want to attack they are either online or have a shield.
At the very least a nice change to this system would be to highlight in your revenge list those bases that are open to attack at that current time.
