Do you guys I think that I'm ready to go to th10? I have no use for gold or elixir except for lv 10 walls. Boh heroes are lv 16 and I will do my golems to lv 3 once they finish upgrading to lv 2. My traps are also all maxed.

Your base is ready for town hall 10 for sure but your lab is not. I think you either need to max out your hounds or your golems before proceeding since those are the 2 troops you will have to use in clan wars. If you never war then upgrade that town hall.

as said above your bases is indeed ready for TH10. But your troops and heroes definitely aren't.
If you participate in clan wars you definitely need to up your troops.
Therefore I would suggest staying at TH10 and maxing your lab and upping your heroes, whist doing this you can put your gold and elixir into walls

Hey bud, I am in the exact same spot as you. I have all walls lego + some lava, and all elixer and gold upgrades done. However, my royals are both lv 15-10 and need to be buffed and I need to max my DE troops. (finished golum and witch). Even in this situation, I recommend staying at TH10 some time longer, focus on those DE upgrades and royals and slowly but sure chisel those walls away with me!
