What about if a clan was really stomped by another clan (like by 15 points minimum), they could request for a Revenge War! All of the Co-Leaders and Leaders from each clan would have to agree, and the Revenge War would begin! But this Clan War is special.
The clan that wants to revenge the clan that beat them last has high stakes to pay! Each Co-Leader (and the leader) must pay an amount set by SC to be divided among the players in the other clan if it defeats them again.
I.E. If Clan 1 has 10 members: 2 member, 3 elder, 4 cos and the Leader, the Co-Leaders and the Leader would have to pay 500k each if they lost, and the 2,500,000 would be divided amongst the winning clan.

This Would:

-Ensure Co-Leaders are loyal members that want their positions

-Balance Loot

-Add stakes to Clan Wars

Yeah, but what if the number of co leaders and member is not balanced?
Also, considering how people abuse fake attacks, there would ardly be a difference.

This could easily be abused. If anything, i would say that the "revenge war" would not have preparation day and troops in the CC would stay. Then, the war would be 12 hours with only 1 attack. The losing clan would have to start the process but the winning clan would have to accept with a majority vote from all the COs and elders. Only leader can request for a "revenge war."
