Tips for a th9 noob

It's good that you're bringing as much loot into TH9 as possible. I did the same thing. Get new buildings built, including X-Bows. Make sure you dedicate 2 builders to the lab and spell factory right away. And get the Archer Queen. She's a game-changer. 10x better than the Barb King. Get her to level 5 as fast as you can.

After that, upgrade your army camps as soon as you can. They are much more important than upgrading the new defenses.

Then I would recommend upgrading your clan castle, since it adds to your offense as well as your defense.

Then, if your clan wars a lot, start by upgrading your new air defense to level 6. If you're more concerned about protecting your loot, upgrade your new wizard tower to level 6 first. Then point defenses last.

Once everything is up to TH8 max, do mortars and wizard towers to level 7. They will help defend against level 7 giants and barch quite a bit. Trust me, if you have a lot of loot, you will get hit hard with those.

Then I'd max X-Bows. After that, do whatever you see fit.

Depends on how well you farm. For myself, I always went for offensive upgrades first, then resource upgrade and defenses last.

i would aim to get your DE drills up ASAP as they help in the long run.

I never do defenses first as a farmer because I always keep my TH out and always get sniped. Only time I ever did a defense right away was the ITs to level 1 only.

Also. Upgrade your heros as much as possible. They're the longest time consuming upgrades ever.

Offense always first. Many people want to get X-bows at the soonest time but IMO it is just good for clan wars.
I will follow your offensive priorities.
So I aim to use my 5 builders for these 5 tasks:
1- LAB
2- SF FACTORY
3- De drills to lvl6
4- queen and non stop upgrade to lvl5
5- Army camps

Drills are very important for me.

Edit:
Now I think we can do the LAB and SF with one builder without gemming.
because researches will never pause in the LAB I can start hogs lvl4 which takes 12 days right before TH9 then I can start SF and after that I can upgrade LAB. This way is the most efficient use of builders.

I forgot to mention the queen. I'll get her for sure. I won't have enough builders to upgrade her. I would have to gem my lab or something, which would be pointless because I wouldn't have enough elix to start something.
