Yup, you get the full loot. I've done it myself a couple of times, and i get the 600k or 200k, depending on whether my clan wins or loses.

Yeah! I always do it.
Because Im in a small family clan for war (just 11 people) so I have to leave my clan for donation and receiving troops.
So I always leave my clan after using both attacks in war.
