1) Elder is earned by making 200 donations
2) Co-leader is earned through loyalty (being with us for a while, participating in clan wars, talking with us in the group chat)
3) Start clan wars on weekends
4) Participate in clan wars or be demoted/kicked
5) Only donated whats been asked
6) Probably the most important rule of them all, NO DRAMA
