Better Clans!!!

There are many ways I can think of to improve clans. First, some people just get lucky, find a awesome player and boom a great clan, and some people invest a lot of time and resources into their clan and get nothing out of it. So, there should be a way that people can give gems and resources to a clan, and the leader can invest it back into the clan for upgrades like more max members (up to 70) or some extra starting stars in wars. Anothor thing is that the leader should be able to edit the elders and co's permissions such as taking money from the clan and what ranks they can kick. And finally, for a better donation system, you should edit your request so others can't donate something you don't want.

So, there should be a way that people can give gems and resources to a clan, and the leader can either take it out for his own benefit or invest it back into the clan for upgrades like more max members (up to 70) or some extra starting stars in wars. Anothor thing is that the leader should be able to edit the elders and co's permissions such as taking money from the clan and what ranks they can kick. And finally, to prevent hoppers Leaders should be able to see what clans others have been in in the past 10 days to see if the are loyal or hoppers.

Trading or donating resources is ruled out already, the amount of clans someone has been in can be considered a negative stat and SC doesnt like to add negative stats.
As far as editing permissions its a good idea in theory im not gonna say i support it since you have it so they can trade/donate resources or take resources out of the donated resource bank.
