I use all ground when farming(when set to air it's sorta useless with a farming base....do not be fooled by its rapid firing, the range is what really counts) and 1 ground two air while using a trophy hunting base
Currently trying to win a forum game by making utterly pointless threads.
I've always had my regular base ones pointing up because I know loonion is such a popular strategy and I don't wanna make myself an easy target.
With war, I've always thought setting them down is just asking to be air attacked. In a recent war 2 of my th9 clan mates set theirs down because we almost always get attacked by some form of GoWi, but were both air attacked for the first time in forever. Giving up 2 stars each. Which just convinced me that setting them up is a safer option. Covering all bases.
