Hello to those who clicked on this thread! My in-game name is Chai-man and I am an Elder in this clan, which has been around for over a year now.
We are: Mature and Serious
A United States clan, mostly Eastern Time zone
English language speakers Age ranges from 13 to 22+ 9 Core members that have stayed in this clan for more than 6 months
1 Leader and 1 Co-Leader (As far as I know, this will not change)
7 Elders including myself 3 members over level 80, 3 members under level 60, and 8 members in between
14 total members A clan that participates in wars 2-3 times a week
Besides war, a clan that continually tries to improve its bases, either by farming or trophy pushing. Our biggest donations this cycle are 436, 421, and 411. Two of those people donating are from level 80+ members.
Our highest level wall is 8, and 6 out of 14 members have mostly lvl 8 walls.
We are looking for:
-Polite, mature people
-People who use both attacks in war
-As of January 31, 2015, we prefer TH 8 and up, but a player of any level can join. -Also, no obviously rushed bases please!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT TO JOIN:
As of January, 31, 2015, anyone can join as long as they have 1000 trophies. This requirement changes often so I will keep updating this thread.
Why do I like this clan?
This clan is awesome because it has an absolutely zero-pressure atmosphere. Everyone respects each other and no nonsense or negative comments are tolerated.
When we war, we don't force anyone to attack, nor do we force anyone to attack certain bases. It goes without saying that we all attack the strongest bases that we are comfortable attacking. We care about winning, but we understand if someone makes a mistake and messes up their attack. We want you to believe that you can attack any base you want with no negative consequences.
Lastly, you get to do what you want even outside of war. I am one of the members who constantly has the Town Hall outside the base. I have my resources as my number one priority so that I can always keep my builders occupied. But there are also several members who have a much higher Trophy count and maintain that.
Together with our dedicated leaders and members, we have the potential to become a better and better war clan!!!
How do I earn Elder status?
To earn Elder status, all you need to do is donate 150 troops in one cycle.
*We do not give out co-leader positions.
What kind of troops do we donate?
Archers, barbarians, and giants are the most common donations we make if someone requests "I need reinforcement troops."
We all have wizards (Level 5 is our highest level at the moment) to donate if someone should request that.
We also donate dragons, though people usually ask for this during war time. Our highest level is 3. Two dedicated players, cotts and Chai-man(me) have Level 3 dragons to donate whenever you want.
You may request specific levels as well as any specific troop, and we will try our best to meet that.
Additional info:
There is usually someone always online to give advice or donate troops. But generally, our clan chat is what you make it. If you want quiet, we have quiet. If you want to talk, there will be someone who can talk to you about anything.
There are no donation limits. There are no limits on anything! We assume that by getting respect in the form of correct donations, advice, and support, you will give respect back.
Who is Hugo and why are we fish?
Well, our clan leader used to own a fish in college. His name was Hugo. I met the fish, he was quite nice. I heard that his untimely passing was quite tragic for our leader, who dreamed of great things for the band that Hugo apparently started (The band was called "Hugo and The Fishes"). He went on to tell me that Hugo was a "rock sensation" and led his band through countless struggles to get to the top of the fish bowl. Hugo's death by accidental drowning was "a heartbreaking day for the music world." (2012)
In honor of him, the leader names all things game-related "Hugo the Fish" or something along those lines. If you see someone on xbox or something with that kind of username, it's probably our leader. Say hi to him, he's a nice guy.

Update: Our clan is at 15 members now. Looking for 5 more people who can fill in gaps at our top 5 (lvl 70+), middle 5 (between level 55 and 70), and bottom 5 (around level 55).

daily bump and update: we kicked out some inactives, and now we're really looking for one more person (level 65+) to join. Then we will have 15 members for war.
The more members the merrier, though, so join even if you're not level 65!
