lost village

Hi

Hopefully someone can help me

I purchased a new Android phone

I cannot load my village on new phone
Google + doesn't work
I'm not sure if it was backed up

How do I load my old village on my new phone?

Please please help me

What do you mean by Google Plus does not work? If you saved your village with a Google Plus account then it should be there when you sign back in.

If you still have access to the old device you could check and sync if it is not already. If it wasn't sync'd I believe there is nothing you can do. I am not 100% sure.

All Google plus does is load a brand new village

In don't have access to the old phone now

Is it lost forever ?
Spent over a year on it

There should be as sign in button on the top left. Once you click that, it'll ask if you want to load your old village and overwrite all progress from the new village.
